Accounts are registered in your own name only. You may not register an account on behalf of any other person or allow any other person to use your m99m account. Account sharing is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, m99m may require you to submit identification documents before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport) and proof of address. KYC requests must be completed within the timeframe specified at the time of the request.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m99m login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. m99m will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, placing offsetting bets, or systematically withdrawing bonuses without genuine play — will result in bonus cancellation, account review, and potentially permanent account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m99m shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or data loss.
m99m's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. m99m will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practical.

Upon account closure for cause, m99m reserves the right to retain any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory identity verification.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent m99m from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
m99m reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect where practicable. Your continued use of m99m following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
